Thank you Huffy for helping me
BA shook his head and went to the front of the prison van. Murdock
climbed in the back. Hannibal had somehow gotten Face off of him and
was now sitting up, holding him against his body to keep Face from
falling. Murdock sat down and quietly took Face into his own arms.
"How bad do you think he was drugged?" the pilot asked, not really
looking at Hannibal.
"Well he kept going in and out, but I don't believe they intended to
kill him." Hannibal now looked at Murdock. "Murdock, I hope you
don't think that...."
Murdock shook his head. "No. Don't say it Hannibal. I know Face, and
he would never betray me - unless he had to for the good of the
team." Murdock stroked Face's hair and Face let out a pleasurable
sigh.
The prison van suddenly stopped, and they heard BA getting out. They
looked at each other and wondered what was going on. Murdock gently
laid Face down and handed Hannibal's gun to him. He grabbed his own
gun as Hannibal slowly opened the door. There stood BA with his hands
up, while one of Miller's sons, along with a young girl, pointed a
gun at BA. Neither one of the strangers noticed Hannibal and
Murdock. Hannibal motioned for Murdock to get out, sneak up on them,
and disarm the boy. Murdock nodded and quietly got out of the van and
came up on them both. He quickly placed his gun against the boy's
back.
"Now - nice and easy - place your weapon on the ground." he hissed.
The boy slowly did what he was told. "Hey it's okay; we're here to
help."
Murdock kicked the gun away from the boy. "Then why are you pointing
a gun at my big friend here?"
"Because he is big! That's why Jim is pointing his gun at him. We're
afraid for our lives." the girl answered.
"You don't need to be afraid of me little Momma. I ain't gonna hurt
you." BA said calmly.
"I'm not little and I sure ain't your momma." The girl said.
Hannibal came around the van and picked up the gun. "BA, how could
you let your guard down like that?" he asked.
BA gave Hannibal a hard look. "Hannibal, I don't need you getting on
your high horse with me. That young lady was lying in the middle of
the road and I was not about to run over her."
Hannibal ignored BA and looked at the boy and girl. "Aren't you one
of Miller's sons?" he asked the boy.
"Yeah. My name is Jim and this is my niece Suzy. She's the one who
helped drug your friend."
"I was only doing what Granddaddy told me to do."
Jim slowly reached in to his pocket. "I got the antidote."
Murdock quickly took the bottle and stared at it. "How do we know
this isn't a trap?"
"You don't."
Hannibal took the bottle from Murdock. "How does this work?"
"You give it to him, and in about 30 minutes he will be fine."
"BA, watch those two. Murdock, come with me."
As they were walking back to the van, Hannibal cleared his voice
before he spoke. "Murdock, I think you shouldn't tell Face what he
did."
"Hannibal. What if he asks me?"
"I doubt if he will even remember, but if he does then the choice is
yours - just think about it."
Murdock nodded his head. Once they were back with Face, Hannibal
raised his head to give him the antidote.
"Hannibal?"
"Don't worry Murdock I'm not going to give this to Face till we check
it out. You stay with Face while I get the others."
Hannibal got up while Murdock took his place by Face who was now
asleep.
"You're going to be fine Face."
Murdock watched as they all climbed back inside except Hannibal, and
BA, who was again driving the van.
"We need to get to ma van Hannibal."
"I know BA but we got to make sure we don't run into Decker as well."
"Hannibal please."
"Sorry BA."
BA only growled. Hannibal smiled and pinched his cheek. "You know BA,
I love it when you growl."
"Why were you letting Face kiss you?"
"He thought I was Murdock, there was nothing more to it."
BA nodded .He then spotted his van. He parked the other van by it and
got out of the prison van. "Hannibal, go get the others and let's get
Face some help."

The black van pulled into the emergency parking lot. BA got out and
ran around to Face. "Let me have him Murdock."
Murdock nodded his head as BA took Face and went inside with him. A
gurney was taken right to him. "What happened?" asked a nurse.
"He's been given some kind of a drug." Hannibal told her.
"Quickly get him to room 3. We need to take a blood test to see what
kind of a drug was taken."
"Not taken." Murdock said sternly, "given ."
"Yes, of course, given." The nurse said.
Hannibal reached into his pocket and gave her a bottle. "This may or
may not be the antidote . I didn't want to give it to him until I was
sure."
The nurse took it without another word.
A few hours later a doctor came out to them. "Your friend is going to
be fine. It was a good thing you had that antidote or he would've
died."
"It was that bad?" Murdock asked.
"Oh yes. This drug first makes you sleep, then you become like you're
drunk, then you sleep again. Without the antidote, you die."
"Thank you Doctor. May we see him?" Hannibal asked.
"Only for a minute, then he needs to rest."

As Decker escorted Smith to the waiting van, he gloated, "This it
Smith, no more running I got you and Peck, thanks to some honest men
in this town, and I will soon have Baracus. Too bad Murdock isn't
with you."
"You know Decker, gloating is so unbecoming. Don't count your
chickens before they hatch," Hannibal replied.
Decker said nothing more, he just shoved Smith against the back of
the van. Hannibal climbed in and saw Face lying on one of the long
benches in the van. "What happened to my man, Decker?" he demanded.
Decker looked over at Peck. "He gave Miller a little trouble, tried
to get away. Miller had no choice but to knock him out. I really
don't' approve of it, but Miller explained to me he had no choice.
Peck tried to killed him."
Hannibal quickly went to Face. He slowly and carefully opened one of
Face's eyes. It was dull and unresponsive. "Decker! You fool! Peck
has been drugged!", Hannibal said, barely able to contain his anger
and disgust.
Decker climbed in and checked Peck also. "I'll have the med check
him when we get back." He climbed back down, and turned to the two
men who were taking Smith and Peck in. "I'm staying behind to find
Baracus. Smith is cunning, so don't fall for any of his tricks. If
you do, and they somehow get away, I will bust you both down to Buck
Privates, "
"Sir," one of them spoke up. "I don't think Peck is going anywhere."
"Don't ever take the A-Team for fools .If anyone can find a way to
escape with a man down, it's Smith. So do as I say."
They both nodded as Decker walked away.
Hannibal sat close to Face, wondering what kind of drug was used on
him. Suddenly Face jerked and Hannibal was at his side. "Hey kid it's
okay I'm here."
Face slowly opened his eyes and gave Hannibal a wicked smile and said
in a soft voice.
"I knew you would come my big strong Bunny Bums."
Hannibal slowly took Face's hand "Face listen to me. I'm Hannibal
not.... " Before Hannibal could finish Face was in his arms, kissing
him. Hannibal felt himself enjoying the kisses, but he knew he had to
stop them. 'Lt.! Stop! Now! You need to focus."
Face stared at Hannibal. "Don't you love me Murdock? Oh God, I
couldn't stand it if you left me like Leslie. Please Murdock, I need
you."
Hannibal gently placed his fingers on Face's face. "I won' leave you
Face. I promise."
Face smiled and gave Hannibal one last kiss before he drifted off
again.
"Bunny Bums? Huh?" Hannibal said to himself.

BA stared at Murdock, who was dressed as a five-star general. "I
don't know about this. Who in their right minds would mistake you for
a general?"
Murdock gave him a wicked smile before answering him. "Please BA, I'm
a five-star general, not just any old general."
"Shut up fool and explain your plan." BA snapped.
"How can I shut up and explain it at the same time?"
BA started to grab Murdock, but then he stopped. "Just explain the
plan."
Murdock nodded. "You see my good friend BA. I have the airs and the
looks of a general. I could have been an actor."
BA turned away from Murdock as he heard the van before it came into
view. "Hey fool, the van's coming you better make this work."
"Oh ye of little faith. You just make sure you know your part. We may
only have one chance at this." Murdock said to BA.
BA nodded and got into position. As the van came down the road, one
of the men inside spotted a jeep on the road. They could also see a
general talking to his driver.
"Come on swing around we got to get these prisoner to the prison."
one of them said.
"We have to stop it's a general." The other one said.
"You heard what Decker said. We can't stop. I don't want to be a Buck
Private again." the one named Tom said to the first one.
"Well," said Tim "A general is higher then a colonial so I'm
stopping."
The van then pulled up in front of the jeep. Tim got out and went
over to the general. Tim noticed it was a five-star general, and he
saluted.
Murdock looked at the private. "Well, why are you just standing
there! My jeep's broken down, and my driver knows nothing about them
at all. I asked for an expert driver, and they give me this moron."
Tim looked back at BA, who stood there with his head down, staring at
the engine. "I'll see what I can do Sir."
"You do that. If you fix my jeep, I will see that you're promoted to
Corporal."
"Thank you Sir. " Tim hurried over to the jeep and shoved BA
aside. "Go take a walk. Let a real man fix this jeep."
BA growled but left .He slow and quietly went to the side of the van
where the other private was waiting.
"Come on, will you hurry up? We've got to get these prisoners to the
prison."
BA rapped on the door, and Tom turned to see who it was. He knew
Baracus and was about to call for help, when BA pulled open the door.
He grabbed him, and pulled him out, throwing him into a nearby bush.
Murdock hurried around. "I told you to be gentle."
"Shut up fool. Is the other guy secured?"
"Yep tried up and wrapped for Christmas."
"Then wrap up the other one, while I get Hannibal and Face."
Murdock nodded as he went to the bushes and wrapped up Tom; who
wasn't hurt, just shook up. Murdock then joined BA as he pried open
the back of the van. They both stared at the sight that greeted them.
Face was on top of Hannibal, kissing him like there was no tomorrow.
Hearing the van doors open, Hannibal looked up. "I can explain. This

Face watched as Miller walked away and a young girl, he guessed to be about 17,
came in. She slowly placed a bowl of watered down soup in his hands.
"My granddaddy said you got to eat this. Then afterwards my daddy will come and
get you."
Face smiled at her, hoping to win her over. "You're Suzy? You're a mighty pretty
young girl."
"Stop right there you fast talkin' skunk. My granddaddy warned me you would try
to sweet talk me. Well I got news for you: I ain't stupid . Now you eat your
soup before I pour it down your throat."
Face stared at her and thought to himself: You're going to be hard Suzy - but I
like a challenge. He took the bowl, raised it to his lips, and took a drink.
"Hum - just like my mom used to make."
Suzy gave him a tad of a smile. "Hurry up and eat, that guy from the army will
be here soon."
Face finished the rest of the soup. He then started to feel sleepy. Nice going
Peck! he thought just before he passed out. Suzy looked down at him to make sure
he was asleep . She left and found her family waiting for her. Miller walked
over to her. placing his arm around her shoulders.
"Did he eat it all girl?"
"Yes, Granddaddy."
"Good girl. Now you've done your job. You head on back home."
Suzy smiled after giving him a kiss on the cheek. Russell watched to make sure
Suzy left safely. Russell turned back to his sons. "Luke - you and Bob go and
meet Decker. Skeeter - you and Jim take Peck to the house. Make sure he's awake
when we come with Decker."
They all nodded and left. Luke and Bob in a green rust color truck, Skeeter and
Jim in a blue Buick. Russell lit himself a cigarette and then left in a red
silver truck

Murdock paced the floor of Simon Masters' office like a trapped puma. Masters
looked up from his map, then at Hannibal. Hannibal nodded fully understanding.
Murdock was making Masters a little nervous.
"Murdock - either sit down or come over and help."
Murdock stop and came over. "Sorry, Hannibal. I'm just worried."
"I know, but it won't help Face. Masters told us that he believes there was an
underground tunnel made by the army during the sixties. He's trying to find the
location on the map. Once he does I want you and BA to head out that way and see
if you can find it."
Masters walked up to them. "I think I found it; but it's been closed off for
years. There's no way to get to it."
Hannibal took a drag of his cigar. "Well then I guess we'll just have to find a
way. "
"Hannibal," came BA's voice by the door. "We got company."
Hannibal and Masters went to the door. Decker was heading right towards them.
"Now isn't that just great, that's all we need - Decker in the picture. BA,
Murdock get going. I'll stall Decker." Hannibal told them, they left just before
Decker walked in.
"Hey Decker! Fancy meeting you here. Small world."
"I got you this time Smith. Now where's Baracus?"
"I have no idea. What? You're not asking about Peck?"
Decker gave Hannibal a snake like smile. "I already have Peck and now I've got
you." He turned to Captain Crane, "Handcuff Smith and remember he's sneaky.
Then, I want Baracus found .If Captain Murdock is with him, bust his ass as
well."

His head was pounding as he slowly opened his eyes, but quickly shut
them again because he was seeing bright colors. He waited a few
minutes before he slowly opened them again.
"Welcome back to the open world Peck."
Face didn't want to look towards the voice. His head was killing him
so he muttered, "thanks"
Miller walked over to him and bent down. Face noticed his legs were
shackled together; but his hands were free. Miller gave him a cup of
water.
"Don't want you to be dying on me just yet. Peck"
Face only stared at the water. Miller stood back up. "I guess you
wonder how I know who you are."
"Not really " Face replied.
Miller suddenly grabbed Face and pulled him up on his feet. "Well I'm
going to tell you. I was in the army once; and I still get
information about The A-Team. I guess you want to know where we are.
Am I right boy?"
Face looked around and saw that he was in some kind of underground
tunnel or something; but he also noticed that most of it had been
destroyed by a blast of some kind
"I suppose it's something of the army's " Face answered
sarcastically.
Miller stared at him, "You got no manners boy. The army used it
during the cold war. We wanted to make sure that we were ready when
the Russians attacked. This was used for making weapons. But then the
terror died down and army wanted to destroy this place." He stopped
to look at Face. "All of this would've been gone forever. I wouldn't
let that happen. So when our battalion leader told me, Juan Rodgers
and James Chance to stay behind and set up the explosives to destroy
this place forever, I couldn't. I waited 'til Rodgers and Chance set
one part to blow. Before they could get out I set the explosives to
blow, closing that part of the tunnel forever, and closing their fate
as well. "
He stopped again waiting for a reaction from Face but got
none. "Imagine my surprise when Chance showed up with his daughter. I
was so sure he died that day."
"So you decided to make sure this time?"
"Now boy. I'm telling you the same thing I've told the sheriff, me
and my sons had nothing to do with that."

Russell Miller stood and stared at Face. "Do you think I'm stupid?
Boy."
"Now why would I think that?" Face answered quickly.
"I know Sheriff Master hired you and those others, you were all
together."
"Well of course we were together. I work for Applegate. He's buys
land all over the USA and he came to see if Mr. Chance was willing to
sell. As his foreman, it's up to me to check out the land."
"So, what about the other guy? Why was he in here spying on us?" Luke
piped up.
"Scooter? This is a bar, right? Well, Scooter the best survey man
I've ever worked with. But he has a drinking problem - if you know
what I mean. I was looking for him; and I knew he would be here
because this is the only bar in town."
Russell studied Face for a long time. "How much do you think Chance's
land is worth?"
"I suppose as a ball park figure, I say, around $10,000. That's just
a ball park figure."
"I own that land now." Miller said.
Face nodded his head hoping to hide his surprise. "I was told by your
sheriff that Chance's daughter was the new owner."
Miller laughed and took out a deed. "Chance never was a very good
poker player. His poker face was always a give away. He lost the land
to me three days before his death. I guess he never got time to tell
his sweet daughter."
"So do you want to sell it? I could take a quick look and tell you
how much it's worth."
Miller placed his arm around Face's shoulder. "Why don't you come
home with us and we'll talk."
"I really can't. I mean not without my surveyor."
Bob stood by Face and grabbed his arm. "My Pa invited you to visit
us. You don't want to say no to my Pa. It may not be good for your
health."
Face looked at Bob and swallowed. Bob Miller was a big man, around 6
feet and 3 inches; and Face guessed he weigh around 250 pounds. "Hey
who am I to turn down an invite."
"See we can all get along, "replied Miller.
Murdock watched from a safe distance as Face climbed into the cab of
the truck. He watched as it drove away. Murdock then got on his
walkie-talkie. "Our swallow has flown. I repeat our swallow has
flown."
BA shook his head and gave the walkie-talkie to Hannibal. "Okay,
Murdock, follow them but keep out of sight. "
"Roger, over and out. " Murdock turned the walkie-talkie off and
followed the truck. Murdock was keeping a good distance from the
truck. The roads were all dirt roads, but the jeep had good traction.
He watched as the truck made a sharp turn around a bend. As Murdock
made the turn, he slammed on his breaks to stop the jeep. He slowly
got out and looked around. For miles and miles all he could see was
the open road. The truck with Face in it was nowhere in sight.

Face's mind was racing; he knew Hannibal's plans hardly ever worked
out. "Hannibal, now just wait a minute. I want to know what you are
planning to do."
Hannibal stopped walking and turned towards Face. "Well we know that
Miller wanted to buy Mr. Chance's land, what we don't know is why."
Face waited for Hannibal to continue.
"Now Face, You know, as well as I do, that Miller doesn't want the
land to grow soybeans; or any other crop for that matter. So we need
to make Mr. Miller think that there's another person interested in
buying Mr. Chance's land."
Face's eyes widened as he was catching on to Hannibal's idea. "You
want me to be that other person."
"Why not you Face? You've got a mind for business. You're perfect."
Face shook his head. "There's no way this idea will work Hannibal.
They met me, so they know I'm with you. You kind of made sure of
that."
Hannibal took out his cigar and bit off the end. "Face, all he knows
is that you work for me, Mr. Thompson Applegate."
"I guess that will work." Face replied but he was still not too sure.
"It will work Face, my plans always work."
"Since when?"
"All the time. Cheer up lieutenant, the sooner we get the bad guys.
the more time you can spend with Murdock."
Face looked surprised. "Hannibal. I have no idea what you're talking
about."
"Yeah okay my mistake, but I really thought you and Murdock were
coming out of the closet."
Face began walking away " Come on Murdock and BA might need us."
Hannibal laughed as he followed Face towards the bar.

Murdock sat with his feet on the table, his cap just a tad over his
eyes; but there was just enough of an opening for him to see Russell
Miller and his sons. All of them stood by the bar. They were all
drinking beers and talking. Murdock smiled because this was so easy,
he could pick up every word. He always knew someday learning to read
lips would come in handy. He watched a little longer, waiting to read
what Hannibal needed to know. He has learned plenty but not enough.
"PA! It's one of them strangers we had a fallout with."
Russell stood up " So it is. Now isn't that nice. Say boy, where's
your pretty face friend?"
Luke , Sheeter and Bob surrounded Murdock. Luke pushed Murdock. "My
Pa asked you a question. Boy."
Murdock stared at Luke. "Really? I think I heard him just fine. I
have no idea where he is. I'm in here just having a drink."
"Scooter! I thought I'd find you in here. How many times do I have to
tell you: if you want to work for me, you've got to stop drinking."
Both Murdock and the Millers turned towards the voice. Russell
spoke . "Well if it isn't the pretty boy himself."
Face walked over to Murdock. "You get out of here, and you'd better
hope Mr. Applegate doesn't find out you're drinking on the job again.
He'll have our asses."
Murdock nodded his head. "Thanks for not telling on me." Face lipped
his name for this con. "Mr. Temptation." Murdock then hurried out.
Once outside, BA pulled up the van . Murdock climbed in. He smiled at
BA and Hannibal.
"What did you find out Murdock?"
"Well I found out that Miller and his sons had something to do with
Chance's death."
"We know that fool. Do you know if they actually killed him?"
Murdock gave BA a dirty look. "I was talking to Hannibal, and, no,
they didn't actually say that."
BA scowled and grabbed Murdock. "Then how do you know they had
something to do with it? We need proof, Fool."
Murdock shook BA off. "I know. I was reading their lips and…"
"You don't read lips, Fool."
"I do too. It's one thing I was taught. It's not my fault you can't."
Hannibal sighed. "Will you two knock it off? Now according to his
daughter, Jim Chance grew soybeans."
BA shifted a little. "Why would anyone kill someone over soybeans?"
Hannibal blew out smoke. "That's what Face is going to find out."
Murdock felt his heart fall; Hannibal was putting Face in danger
again. He looked at Hannibal. "Is Face going in undercover?" he asked
with concern.
"Yes. Don't worry Murdock. If I didn't think Face could handle it, I
wouldn't let him do it."
"Hannibal! These guys are Rednecks. Face doesn't do Rednecks. Let me
go in. I can handle it." Murdock said.
Hannibal shook his head. "No. When it come to doing this kind of a
job, Face has more experience."
Murdock turned away and muttered, "I hope so."

Face looked at the others. "What do you think he meant by that? Do
you think he's one of the good guys?"
Hannibal smiled as he puffed on his cigar. " You're guess is good as
mine. Come on let's get over the sheriff's office and see what's up."
The rest nodded as they followed Hannibal towards the sheriff's
office. When they walked in Sheriff Masters was just hanging up the
phone. He looked up when he heard then enter. "That was the hospital,
Miss Chance is ready to tell me what happened." He grabbed his hat
off the rack. "You better come too."
"Face and I will come with you." Hannibal replied. He turned to
Murdock and BA. "I want you two to check out our new friends we met
today, I saw then heading for the bar."
"You mean saloon, Hannibal " Murdock corrected his leader.
BA grabbed Murdock tightly by his collar. "He means bar fool. This is
not the old west."
Murdock struggled to get loose while at the same time trying to talk;
but BA's grip was too strong. Face looked over at Hannibal expecting
the Colonel to do something.
"Let go of Murdock, BA. That is a bit silly to be getting mad about.
Now release him." Hannibal said firmly.
BA growled but he let Murdock go. Murdock moved away from him. "One
of these days you're going to go too far and that will be the end of
me."
"Fool if I wanted to do that you would have been dead long ago." BA
said calmly.
Murdock stared at his but decided to say nothing.
"You two get going, and BA, just ignore Murdock." Hannibal said. BA
only shook his head as he walked away, Murdock soon followed.
Once they were gone, Hannibal turned back to Simon Masters. "Okay
let's go."
"The hospital is about three miles from here, we'll take my car."
They all walked over to a white 1979 Pinto. Simon got into the driver
seat. "One of you will have to sit in the back."
Face looked at Hannibal hoping he would get in the back, but his
hopes were dashed as his commander pulled back the front seat and
waited for him to get in. Face climbed into the back and Hannibal got
in the front with Sheriff Masters. It only took about ten minutes to
get there. Once there and parked, Simon headed inside and went
straight to Dawn Chance's room. The twenty two year old woman was
sitting in a wheelchair facing the window. Bandages covered her head.
Simon walked over to her then slowly turned the wheelchair around.
She let out a scream.
'Dawn?" he said quietly. "It's me calm down"
It took Dawn a few minutes to register who it was, but once she did
she fell into his arms sobbing. "Oh Simon. They told me my father's
dead. How can this be? Who would hurt him? He was a good man."
Simon patted her on the back. "That's why we're here Dawn. We need
you to tell us what happened."
"Us?" Dawn asked.
Simon motioned for Hannibal and Face to come over. "Dawn, these two
men, along with two others, have come to help. Now are you up to
telling us what happened?"
Dawn stared at the white haired older man and the young blond haired
man, then she turned back to Simon. "I want to help Simon I do. But I
don't remember the accident. The last thing I can remember was that
… " she paused for a moment. "We were on our way into town to get
supplies. We were laughing and Dad was excited about the soybean
crop. He told me there was enough to keep the farm going and for me
to go to college." She stopped again to wipe her eyes. "Dad always
wanted me to go, but until now he was never able to afford it and now
he's gone." She hung her head.
Hannibal placed his hand on her shoulder and she looked up at
him. "Miss Chance. I know this is hard, but it really would help if
you could remember."
"Don't you think I've been trying? My father is dead and I can't
remember how it happened." Dawn cried her voice now rising.
Face stepped forward. "Miss Chance, do you remember if your father
had any trouble with Russell Miller and his boys?"
Dawn's eyes flared, and when she spoke there was anger in her
tone. "Miller is a son of bitch! He wouldn't leave Dad alone. He
wanted to buy father's land so he could expand his land, but Dad
wouldn't sell. Do you think they had something to do with what
happened?"
Simon took her hand. "We're not sure, I was hoping you could tell us.
But without your testimony I can't arrest them."
Dawn lowered her head, "I'm so sorry I can't remember, Simon."
"I know Dawn. I 'm sorry but I can't do anything. My hands are tied."
"Well ours aren't. We will get the proof or die trying. Come on Face.
It was nice meeting you Miss." Hannibal left with Face right behind
him.
"What did you mean by 'die trying'?"
"Face. It's just a figure of speech. Now come on I got a plan."
"Plan? What plan?"
"Patience Lt. Come on I'll tell you when we get back with BA and

Part 2
BA drove for a while before he spotted an old farmhouse. It wasn't much to
look at. The white paint of the house was blistered and peeling from not being
taken care of but it would make a nice place for the team to make their base.
"Hey Hannibal? How about that place." BA asked as he pointed at the house.
"I think this will do just fine BA. Okay Face, you go and change. Then I want
you and Murdock to pick up some supplies."
Face looked at Hannibal the best he could but it was hard to turn with the
dress on. "And what will you be doing?"
"BA and I will be in town talking to Sheriff Masters."
Face growled under his breath." How are we suppose to get into town for
supplies, if you and BA take the van?"
Hannibal went over to Face and placed his hand over his shoulder. "Now Face. I
know that a man like you will have no trouble getting a way into town."
Face shook Hannibal off and headed towards the house. Murdock skipped over to
him.
"Hey good lookin' How's about I help you get undressed."
"Leave me alone. Murdock." Face growled as he grabbed the door and walked in.
BA watched as Murdock followed inside. "Hannibal? Do you think it's safe to
leave the fool alone with Face? He's really angry that you made him to dress up
as Mae West."
Hannibal stared for a moment then he looked at BA. "I think it was a classy
and Face pulled it off so well. Don't worry Murdock can handle himself."
BA nodded then got in to his van, Hannibal followed him in and then he drove
away. Murdock was looking out of the window. "They're gone."
"Hey big boy. Won't you come over and help a lady out of her dress. You big
strong man." Face said in his Mae West voice.
Murdock smiled his whole face lighting up like a birthday cake. That smile
always made Face melt. "I thought you'd never ask my little chickadee."
Face giggled as Murdock slowly approached him. He first pulled down the zipper
on the back of the dress, kissing every time he saw Face's smooth skin appear.
"Hum Face. I've been waiting to do this ever since I saw you in this dress. You
skin feels so baby soft."
Face groaned as Murdock pulled down the zipper slowly. When Murdock was done
he kissed the nape of Face's neck, "You smell so good."
Face swirled around to meet Murdock's mouth. He wanted to taste Murdock. Soon
the dress was off now Murdock was working on the griddle.
"Murdock, hurry up. We don't have all day."
"Patience my love. One cannot hurry art and you're an art piece to behold. I
want to savor every moment."
Face moaned as Murdock worked his magic fingers releasing and removing the
griddle and letting in fall to the floor. Face now stood there with only a
petticoat on. Murdock soon had it on the floor as well. Then he slowly lay on
the floor and started to pull Face down with him.
"No Murdock not on the floor it's dirty."
Murdock reached up and stroked Face's face. "There's no bed not even a couch
so this will have to do. If you want me to scrub it for you I will but I doubt
there's any water in this place. So I'll tell you what I'm going to do. I will
let you be on top that way only I will get dirty."
Face was touched by Murdock's offer. He smiled as he came down on Murdock and
their lips met. Their tongues opening up to each other, tasting and savoring
each breath. They both wanted to do more but time was not on their side. So
after about 10 minutes of kissing they got up and left the house.
Murdock stood watching as Face flagged down a car. A pretty girl was driving
and Face went into his act. An act that always made Murdock's skin crawl.
"Well hello there miss." Face said in his smooth talking voice.
"Hi yourself." The girl replied in just as smooth talking voice.
"My friend and I need a ride into town."
The girl looked at Face "You're cute get in."
"What about my friend?"
"Oh. He can ride in the back."
Face opened the door and got in. "Come on she's taking us to town."
Murdock climbed into the back since the doors didn't work and got as
comfortable as he could. He watched as Face placed his arms around the girl
shoulders. Murdock suddenly kicked the back of the seat Face was sitting in.
Face jumped and turned to stare at Murdock.
"Sorry just trying to get comfortable." Murdock replied.
Simon Masters walked into to his office. Smith told him to wait there they
would contact him. He wasn't too sure if he hadn't made a mistake hiring the
A-Team. They all seemed just a little off center to him, but mostly Smith. He
was glad that Smith was one of the good guys, because a mind like Smith could be
dangerous.
******************************************************************
The girl dropped them off at the merchant and after Face gave her a kiss and
got her phone number, "Call Me," she said.
Face nodded and smiled. Murdock stood off the side watching his arms were
folded and his eyes were hooded. Soon Face strolled over to him. "Come on let's
get the supplies."
"Did you enjoy it?" Murdock asked.
"Enjoy it? Face asked back.
"The ride, the cuddling, the kiss." Murdock answered.
"Murdock. Are you jealous? You know that was just a scam. You are the only one
for me, and later I will show you. Now let's get this done." Face walked into
the merchant.
Murdock smiled and thought about later as he followed Face into the merchant.
Luke Miller threw down the butt of the cigarette he had been smoking and went
to get his father and brothers.
Face and Murdock were coming out of the merchant, where they had purchased a
few things they would need for Hannibal's plan, when Murdock spotted four rough
looking men headed their way.
"Looks like we got company, Muchacho." he said to Face.
Before Face could respond one of the men stood right in front of him, his
crooked nose almost touching Face.
"Didn't anyone ever tell you about personal space?" Face asked.
The man laughed. "Hey. Boys, looks like we got a clown here" the man said.
Then he poked his finger into Face's chest. "Do you have any idea who I am?
Boy?"
Face shoved the man's finger away from him. "Yeah a dead man if you don't move
out of my personal space."
"Hey don't you talk that way to my Pa." Luke said as he moved towards Face
with his gun drawn.
Murdock cocked his gun. "I think you better back away. If you don't want me to
put a slug in you."
The man never took his eyes off of Face as he spoke to his son. "Lower your
gun son these two yahoos look harmless. I don't want to waste my time with them.
I want their boss."
Face was now seeing red and before he could even think, his fist made
connection with the man's face, knocking him on the ground. Then all hell broke
loose. The man was up and slammed right into Face, Luke plowed into Murdock.
Skeeter ran to help his Pa and Bob ran to help Luke the other twin. Jim just
watched.
Face and Murdock managed to get a few good blows in even though they were out
numbered. Suddenly everyone stopped as they heard the sound of a gun being
fired. They turned to look. A white haired man with a cigar in his mouth was
holding an AK 47.
"Now I think that's just about enough. Mr. Miller. You really need to grow up,
after all you have to show a good example to your sons."
Russell walked over to Hannibal. "I take it you're their boss. Well let me
tell you something. We don't like strangers."
Hannibal gave him only a smile then stepped back to reveal a big scary looking
man.
"I don't like strangers either. As a matter of fact I eat them for breakfast,"
the man growled as he picked up Russell and tossed him. Three of Russell's son
ran to him, the youngest twin, Jim just stood there.
"You okay? PA? " Skeeter asked.
"I'm fine. Let's go." He stood up and glared at Smith. "You haven't seen the
last of Russell Miller, count on it."
"I'll be counting the days until we meet again." Hannibal replied.
Russell growled then walked away. Jim looked at The A-Team. "You guys got guts
to stand up to my Pa." Then he walked over to his family.
Then I want

The Turkey Shoot
Jim Chance and his daughter Dawn were driving down the road in
his old
sedan. They were on their way to speak Dawn 's boyfriend, the
Sheriff,
because Russell Miller and his sons had been hunting illegally
on their
land again. As they were heading down Route 45, a black pick-up
truck
suddenly appeared.
"Gosh dad, it's Russell Miller and his sons,†Dawn told her
father.
"I see them. Hold on. I'm going to try and loose them."
Jim pushed down on the accelerator pedal to gain more speed,
but the truck
was coming closer and closer to them.
Luke Miller, one of Russell 's sons, stuck his head out from
the back
window and yelled; "You ain't getting away us, that easy,
Chance. My
family and I plan to stop you and your daughter real good.
Don't we boys?"
The others laughed and hollered as their truck slammed into the
sedan,
sending it spinning out of control. It hit the railing
alongside the road
and crashed through it, sending the sedan rolling down the
steep incline
and landing on its hood at the bottom of the ravine. The
Millers got out
of their truck to take a look. All they could see was smoke.
"Well, boys. It's looks like Jim and Dawn Chance won't be
telling anyone,
anything now. Let's head back to town. I sure could use a
beer." Russell said as he headed back to the truck..
Simon Master stood on the pier looking out at the ocean. He was
tired and
miserable. It had been raining all day; and to make matters
worse he had
been on a wild goose chase in search of the A-Team. He had been
told to go
see Mr. Lee at the Chinese Laundromat, where he waited for
almost an hour
before Mr. Lee told him to go Central Park, where he would find
a hotdog
man. The man then told him to go to the pier and wait. Simon
had been
waiting for seven hours and still no one came. All he had seen
so far was
an old lady walking up and down the pier muttering to herself
about the
weather. He was just about to give up and leave when she
approached him.
"Hey. Sonny? Would you help an old lady?"
"I'm kind of waiting for someone."
But it will only take a minute of your time. I lost my poor
Pokies and I
can't fine her anywhere. She's my baby. My poor, poor Pokies
out there all
alone in this great big world."
She suddenly grabbed Simon by the collar.
"Please help me fine my Pokies."
Then she began to cry. Simon patted her on her back, he didn't
know what
else to do. Maybe he should help her, he thought, after all no
one had
shown up. "Okay .I will help you."
"Thank you, young man. I think Pokies is somewhere over in this
direction." She pointed towards the beach houses
" What kind of animal is Pokies?"
"Oh Pokies a snake."
Simon winced, he hated snakes but he followed her anyway. They
walked
toward the beach houses. Simon had to run to keep up with the
old lady,
and he was surprised how fast she moved. 'Must keep in good
shape.' he
thought. As he came nearer to the beach houses, he saw the old
lady going
up the stone stairs that led to a small beach house. Simon
began to
follow. Suddenly he heard a hissing sound. He stopped in his
tracks. He
looked down to see a snake coiled up.
"Hey I found your snake," he called up to the old lady.
Simon suddenly felt something hard press against his back. It
didn't take
a genius to know that it was a gun.
"You're trespassing."
"I was just helping some old lady find her snake."
"That old lady just happens to be my sweet Nana. Come on we'll
see if she
asked you to help her find Pokies."
Simon had no choice but to got with the stranger. He had a gun
and Simon
had no weapons. 'Big mistake,' he thought, 'Now I'm going to
die.' Once
inside the beach house Simon was surprised when he was suddenly
grabbed,
this time by a large man.
"Easy BA. I already checked him over. He's not packing."
"What going on here?"
The old lady took off her wig, then took out a cigar and placed
it in her
mouth.
"You must be Simon Masters, sheriff of Golden Nugget. I'm
Hannibal Smith.
This here is Face." Pointing to the man that Simon had met at
gunpoint.
"The man who grabbed you is BA." Simon stared at the big man
cover in
gold. BA growled at him.
"Sorry for the cloak and dagger. Mr. Masters, but you work for
the law and
we don't always get along with the law."
"I know. I read the papers. But I also heard from a friend that
you are
good at what you do and I need your help. "
"You're the law. Why do you need our help?"
"My girl friend and her father were run off the road. He was
killed and
she's in the hospital. Our mayor, Bill Davis, told me to forget
about it.
It was just an accident. But I know better. The Miller's had
been after
Jim Chance to sell his land to them. I'm not sure if that why
they killed
him but I'm betting on it."
"Do you have proof?"
"No just a gut feeling."
"That's good enough for me. Face go spring Murdock, and use the
new
disguise."
"Aw Hannibal do I have too?"
"It will be fun."
"Says you."
BA had been quiet during the whole thing until now. "We don't
need that
fool. We don't have to fly. Golden Nugget is only three hours
away."
"But we may need the extra manpower. Face go and get Murdock."
Everyone in The VA stared as the big buxom lady moving down the
hallway
towards the main desk. She was dressed in a long white gown
that was
clinging around her legs and she was wearing a white Sable
shawl around
her shoulder. She also wore a wide brimmed hat to top it off.
She walked
up to the desk and smiled at the male nurse.
"Hi good lookin, ` is HM ready to go?"
"Excuse me?"
" Humph. A girl asks a question and all she gets back is
an 'excuse me'. I
asked you if HM was ready?"
"Ready? Ready for what?"
"The talent show. My women's club is having one and that good
Doctor
Richter gave him a weekend pass to go. You see we're going to
be doing a
skit together, a little verse of "My Little Chickadee." I'm Mae
West and
he's going to be WC Fields."
The male nurse looked through all the weekend passes, but found
none for
Murdock "I'm sorry there doesn't seem to be anything here about
it."
"It has to be there. Why don't you give it another look see?"
"They maybe stored in the other room. I'll go take a look."
The male nurse headed into another small room and while he was
gone, Mae
West quickly placed a pass in with the stacks of passes. The
male nurse
came back in.
"I'm sorry, Miss?"
"My friends call me Mae...Please look again, maybe you missed
it."
He nodded his head and searched again.
"Well I'll be darned. Here it is right under my nose. I guess
it must have
gotten caught between the other passes. Captain Murdock is in
his room.
I'll take you to him. "
Mae West AKA Face followed the male nurse down the hallway
towards
Murdock's room. When they entered Murdock was on the floor
looking under
the bed.
"Now Billy, You come out from under there this instant. How
many times do
I have to tell you, black cats are not bad luck?"
The male nurse made an excuse me sound with his voice and
Murdock looked
up.
He stared at the male nurse and then at Mae West, was that
Face? How in
the world did he get talked into wearing that? Oh Hannibal most
likely. He
placed his hand on his mouth to suppress a giggle. Face noticed
it and
acted quickly.
"Mr. Murdock. I told you the skit was today. You're not even
ready. How
can we do "My little Chickadee" if you're not ready?"
Murdock spoke in his best WC Fields' voice “Ah my little
chickadee. My
mind must be slipping I thought it was tomorrow night."
"Well big boy it's today. Your outfit is in the show van. Mr. B
doesn't
like to be kept waiting."
Murdock got off the floor and took Mae West's hand. "Well then
my little
chickadee shall we go? Art beckons†Moments later they were
both in the
van where Murdock lost control and began laughing.
" Murdock knock it off. Hannibal I need to get out of this
outfit. I look
ridiculous."
"Face you look so much like Mae West. But you forgot one
important
detail."
" What? What did I forget Murdock? Tell me."
Murdock leaned over to Face and said in his best Mae West
voice. "Won't
you come up and see me some time, big boy?"
Face pushed Murdock away. "Hannibal!"
"Keep your shirt, I mean dress on Lieutenant until we're at
someplace
where I can think out a plan and you can change your clothes."
Face tried to sit back but it was impossible in the dress. The
rest of the
men giggled a bit.
Russell Miller was pacing the floor of his ranch house located
twelve
miles from Golden Nugget. He now turned to his youngest and
oldest sons.
"Now are you boys sure you saw Masters coming into town with
strangers?"
"We sure did Pa.," answered Skeeter the youngest. "Didn't we
Luke?"
Luke who was sitting on the arm of sofa stood up. "We did Pa,
four of
them. They look like they could be a lot of trouble, Pa. "
"Yeah. Pa. One guy is huge Pa."
"So Masters brought in help did he? Well I think we can handle
any help
Masters brings in, where are your brothers?"
"Upstairs." replied Luke.
"Jim, Bob,"
"Yeah Pa?" Jim answered for both of the twins.
"Get down here. It seems like Sheriff Masters has brought four
strangers
to Golden Nugget and as citizens I think we should welcome
them."
